Sport Psychology is becoming increasingly prominent and we do more than just Equestrian sports. We provide support to athletes across a wide range of sports helping them to be the best they can be. Whether you are an individual or part of a team we will work alongside you to find a method that works for you.
We seek to develop athletes’ ability to manage themselves effectively under pressure to bring out the best in themselves on the day. We work to build consistency and confidence through developing self-awareness and a broad range of tool aimed to deliver a more managed approach to high performance.
We provide sport psychology support to Squad Training, Boot Camps, local Sports Clubs and Teams, Youth Squads and individual players or athletes.
