Interim HR Management
We are often engaged in fulfilling interim HR and L & D assignments. We provide hands-on support to the development and delivery of your HR strategy across multiple sites, supporting managers and leadership teams to implement a range of core HR activities. Typical services include:

It is important to us to ensure that your training supports your key business priorities and meets the needs of your people. We can provide training facilitation and design services on a stand-alone ‘ad-hoc’ basis, or as part of a bigger development programme. We can support delivery of your existing training programmes or design new ones at your request, to be delivered by us or by you.
We understand that most often the effectiveness of a training programme is to do with the way in which it is delivered rather than the content or the knowledge of the trainer. We work with clients to provide trainer training to enhance the quality of deliver and enhance programme effectiveness.
