We provide individual support to Armed Forces personnel in a number of areas. The structure and demands of life in the forces can impose tough challenges on those re-adjusting back into their base units or seeking to move back into civilian life temporarily or permanently. Injury, trauma and extended periods of absence from their families can be the source of ongoing issues with re-adjustment and in personal and professional relationships back home.
We work with Forces Personnel and their families, whose own lives are often disrupted as a result and whom are often seen as the first level of support. We work in conjunction with families and with other professional support workers to create a holistic, structured approach over time that enables individuals to feel more in control of their lives and the choices they make.
