Trainers are often judged on their ability to satisfy the needs of others rather than on what they know or how well they ride themselves. Most successful training partnerships are based on the quality of the relationship and the ability of the trainer to communicate in the language of the rider.
Our work enables trainers and coaches to operate within their students’ map of the world, getting rider's to think and process information differently and helping trainers to remove some of the psychological or emotional blocks that impede student’s progress. We work with trainers to help them understand rider motivation patterns, learning styles and the impact of language on riders' ability to programme positive habits as automatic reactions, particularly when under pressure.

We work with a number of training, equestrian and competition centres, riding schools and livery yards. We provide both small business coaching and trainer training for centres who employ a number of coaches responsible for raising standards of riding and generating repeat business for the centre.
